1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by AnyMacs within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund. We only accept returns for items that are in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact and original packaging included.

2. Exclusions:

  • Certain items are not eligible for return or refund due to their nature. These include:
    • Digital downloads or services that have been completed or consumed.
    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us via +918113929499, providing your order number and the reason for return.
  • Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, along with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Please package the item securely and ship it back to the address provided, using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and credit it to your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Our policy for second-hand electronics includes a 7-day return window for cases of physical damage, and now, a 15-day return window for eligible returns.
  • Buyers who receive a damaged or defective product can request a return within this time frame. Upon verification, the product will either be repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on its condition and availability.

GST Compliance for Second-Hand Goods:

  • GST Margin Scheme: Sellers may opt for the GST Margin Scheme when selling second-hand goods. Under this scheme, GST is only applied to the margin (i.e., the difference between the buying and selling price), not the total sale value.
  • Invoice Clarity: Invoices must clearly state whether GST is charged on the margin or the full value, ensuring transparency and compliance with tax regulations. The invoice should include all necessary details regarding the second-hand goods.
