Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the Platform, including product listings for used items, and agree not to infringe upon the rights of third parties.

3. Buying and Selling

Users may buy and sell goods, including used items, through the Platform. Buyers agree to pay the specified price for purchased goods, and sellers agree to deliver goods as described in their product listings. Anymacs is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of goods listed on the Platform and recommends users to exercise caution and perform due diligence before completing transactions.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any activities that may compromise the security or integrity of the Platform, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or distributing malware. Users also agree not to use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes, including the sale of counterfeit goods or stolen property.

5. Limitation of Liability

Anymacs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, goodwill, or data.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ponnani.
